Full Job Description :-
EXPERIENCED AUTO GLASS SALES REPS ONLY We are currently seeking to hire customer service associates for our management training program! Join our team!Bilingual encouraged to apply!We are an Auto Glass Company located in Longwood that offers windshield repairs and replacements.
Responsibilities:

Setting appointments for glass installers
Verifying damage on windshields
Writing work orders for damage

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, or related field (is a plus)
Strong leadership qualities
Strong people skills
Ability to build rapport with clients (willing to approach clients find common ground and help solve their problem)
Women and Bilingual Men are strongly encouraged to apply
Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 – $4,000.00 per week
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay
Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

Maitland, FL 32751: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
