Community Manager
$2,000/Month Plus Live in Accommodations
We are seeking a full-time Community Manager. The Manager will oversee all aspects of community operations including resident relations, rent collections, daily operations, sales & leasing and ensuring the property is clean, safe and run in a friendly, efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities:

Handles resident concerns and requests with a positive customer service approach
Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Can oversee the work of contractors, such as plumbers, electricians, etc.
Good communication skills
Proficient at using e-mail and text messaging
Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented
Pleasant and professional demeanor
