Position Summary
The Client Coordinator is detail-oriented and empathetic Care Coordinator to assist with admission and intake coordination patients as part of a care-coordination & admissions team in conjunction with the various medical facilities Ardent consults for within the healthcare industry.
The Client Coordinator works cooperatively with supervisory counseling staff and demonstrates a non-judgmental and accepting attitude toward the Substance Use and various other Behavioral Health Disorders as a majority of facilities will be within the Behavioral Health Sector.
Responsibilities
Receive various amounts of inbound calls in timely manner.
Following legit scripts when answering different calls.
Identifying caller’s needs, clarify information, and provide quality customer service.
Correctly document calls and maintain detailed notes.
Daily outbound calls for follow-up purposes

Determines phone quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls and customer service presentations.
Verifies call results by measuring skills in use of scripts, time management, and service ability, greeting, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, and courteous close of call.
Strong focus on client-care
Provides feedback to agents by monitoring calls, conducting help sessions.
Providing necessary feedback and process improvement tactics to management.
Evaluates approaches by rating effectiveness of service representatives; providing quality ratings; identifying training needs; developing training programs; conducting training.
Directs quality initiatives by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Reports to Senior Manager of Care Coordination.

· Build rapport with potential patients and/or family members to ensure completion of the admissions/treatment process
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 4 hours at a time, occasionally move about the facility including ascending, descending stairs and stepstools, operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, move and position items weighing up to 25 pounds. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
