Full Job Description :-
Engaging and Organized Family Assistant
Location: San Martin (between Morgan Hill and Gilroy) Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday or Wednesday through Sunday, between the hours of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; Family can be flexible on the schedule based on the Candidate’s availability. Children: 3 and 4 year olds Duties: Childcare, driving children, light meal prep, family laundry, running errands, grocery and household items shopping, household organizational projects, vehicle maintenance, load/unload dishwasher, tidy kitchen, take dog on potty breaks; additional pet care ideal but not required Requirements: Ideal Candidate is tech-savvy, organized, engaging, and has experience working in a private home. Candidate must have a strong team mentality and be a self-starter. Candidate must be vaccinated against COVID and chicken pox (or had the chicken pox) and must drive; Family can provide a vehicle for use on the job. Candidate must swim, must be comfortable with parents working from home, as well as additional staff in the home, and must be comfortable with a large, very friendly dog. Salary: $30-$35 per hour plus benefits: two weeks paid vacation, four paid sick days, four paid holidays, plus monthly medical stipend will be offered in the second year of employment
