Full Job Description :-
This position serves as the graphic designer for the department’s Creative & Branding team that is committed to excellence and advancing the Department of Athletics and Business Advancement through its strategic plan. Assists senior designer with recruiting efforts in planning and executing high impact content for coaches. Responsible for meeting with internal partners to conceptualize ideas and establish creative solutions fulfilling the goals and objectives. Ongoing observation of the athletics creative landscape identifying trends and benchmarks to ensure Ohio State is at the forefront. Direct oversight of 10-15 teams/units as the primary creative contact to build relationship and collaborate on projects. Provides strategic visual solutions for digital and print communication pieces utilized across the department. Photography lead in managing and organizing archive structure while also assisting sport and department requests both internal and external. Coordinates with external vendors and printers when applicable for print projects. Approves proofs and final print runs; establishes timetables and design standards. Identifies branding issues or inconsistencies and provides visual solutions to better align with the standards set. This position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged. Performs other duties as assigned.
Hiring Range: $49,800 – $54,000 annually

Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, College of Medicine or OSUP Employees are not eligible for personal exemptions.
