Full Job Description :-
The Tampa Bay Rowdies are looking for a talented and motivated individual to assist our operations department during the 2022 season.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure Game Presentation Standards for Rowdies Home Matches
Asist Front Office Staff in Matchday Setup/Operations
Manage all pregame activities and activations
Assist Facility Assistant for upkeep of Al Lang Stadium
Assist with planning and execution of Al Lang Stadium Events
Work closely with 3rd Party Partners (SP+, Levy, Performance Clean) on Game Days
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Availability to work all Tampa Bay Rowdies home games and up to 15 hours on game weeks
Ability to lift and move up to at least 50 lbs.
Ability to work through extreme temperatures, dust, and rainy conditions.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holiday hours required
Expectations:
Ability to uphold and meet the standards of the Tampa Bay Rays and Rowdies Organization
