Where you’ll work:
This is a hybrid position that requires spending time working from home and in the office. After training, associates will work approximately 80% at home and 20% in the office.
Starting pay is $18.75 per hour.
You are also eligible for:
10% shift differential available for specific hours and weekends
An annual bonus based on individual and enterprise performance
Salary increase of $0.50 per hour after the first six months

The Customer Care Center (CCC) is committed to solving our customers’ needs on first contact through simple, high-quality, and personalized experiences. We currently have the following types of shifts and openings:
Shifts are primarily 2:30pm to 11:00pm, days vary
*** Schedules require availability on the weekends***
Start Date: Monday May 23, 2022
Mandatory Training is 11 weeks duration.
After training, associates will work approximately 80% at home and 20% in the office.
Training: Selected candidates will participate in 12 weeks of mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role. The training continues beyond day one as well.
Training hours will be:
10:30 am – 7:00 pm (CST)
Onboarding: 5/23 – 5/25
Core Training: 5/26 – 7/22 (Monday – Friday)
On the job training Week 1: 7/25 – 7/29 (Monday – Friday)
On the job training Weeks 2 and 3: 7/30, 8/2 – 8/5; 8/6 and 8/9 – 8/12 (Saturday, Tuesday – Friday)
New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Customer Care Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months for other opportunities at State Farm.

Retention Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities.
