Full Job Description :-
Position Summary:
Fabreeka, a Stabilus owned company, located in Stoughton, MA. Fabreeka brings nearly a century of experience providing vibration isolation and shock control solutions for customers worldwide.
Manufacture quality products based on work orders and drawings within planned time. Operate manufacturing equipment including laser cutter, presses, guillotines, clickers, scales and measuring equipment. Be a shipper and backup for the Laser cutting. Be flexible to be moved around to different departments within the shop to support where needed.
Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
· Plan and layout work to meet production and schedule requirements
· Build products, subassemblies and final assemblies
· Perform first article inspection
· Test / inspect finished products for quality and quantity
· Build packaging for finished products
· Prepare production documents, inventory reports and productivity reports
· Prepare products for shipment, handle shipping activities and maintain inventory
· Keep work area clean
· Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices and products
· Assist engineers in testing, prototypes and new products
· Flexible to move to different departments within manufacturing
· Maintain routine maintenance schedule of equipment
· Be a backup for laser cutter operator and waterjet operator
Required Skilled and Abilities
· Manufacturing experience preferred
· Cutting equipment operator preferred
· Shipping experience preferred
· Inspection experience preferred
· Effective communication skills
· Computer knowledge with Microsoft Office
· Patience and self confidence
· Good judgement
· Flexible with production work and schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Work Location: One location
