Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $21-23 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the following:
? Responsible for the Accounts Payable process including the submission of
invoices, coding of expenses, issuance of checks, and maintenance of vendor
? Meets accounts payable deadlines on an on-going basis.
? Responsible for the allocating and recording of payments
? Assist with receipt collection, and reconciliation of company credit card accounts.
? Coordinating and engaging with grant writers.
? Designing and optimizing grant accounting process.
? Determining funding needs & researching funding opportunities.
? Managing timelines and deliverables to include grant financial reporting
? Preparing and monitoring grant budgets.
? Tracking grant applications with Development department
? Employee meets with the Finance Coordinator, AP/AR for supervision on as
? Employee will assist the Finance Coordinator, Payroll/Grants with payroll duties
? The employee will complete all other task(s) as assigned by supervisor. . Requirements:
