Data Entry/Downloader (SafeTouch Security)
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provides assistance to field technicians- Will program systems to support technicians on the field.- Downloaders will update and configure alarm panels in order to support on the field technicians.
Qualifications
Experience:

No experience required. You will be trained in all of your duties.

Skills:

Basic typing ability, ability to multi-task, problem solving skills and listening/communication skills.
Ability to communicate with Supervisors, managers and team members in a professional and respectful manner.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to utilize multiple computer programs.
PC experience and/or the ability to learn basic functions.
