Full Job Description :-
Reve Sleep is seeking a proactive, detail oriented and highly organized team member to manage our boutique medical practice three days a week as well as provide executive personal assistance to our doctor for one day a week. This is an on-site role Tuesday/Thursday and remote Monday/Wednesday.
What you’ll do (for the medical practice on T/W/TH):

You will be the first person to connect with potential patients while building strong relationships with existing patients.
Communicate regularly with referring doctors.
Schedule patients strategically to optimize the doctor’s schedule.
Assist our outside medical biller by checking benefits with insurance companies
Manage our sleep testing program

What you’ll do (for the Personal Assistance role on Monday):
Primary responsibilities will vary and may include assisting with travel arrangements, responding to emails, document management, tracking updates in her children’s school and summer schedule, manage handyman and vendor work, conducting research and performing detailed analysis to complete various projects.
While no experience is required in personal assisting, ideal candidates will be self-motivated, work productively with little supervision, organized and are problem solvers.
What you’ll need to be successful:

Ability to be physically present in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Reliable, responsible, honest and trustworthy
Basic computer competency- Excel, Outlook, calendaring proficiency
Ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision
Detail oriented, organized and a skilled multi-tasker
An exceptional communicator
Genuinely enjoys creating a patient-centric environment

Reve Sleep provides treatment and education to patients who suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Snoring. Reve Sleep opened in 2012, partnering with local physicians, to provide care for their patients who have sleep-disordered breathing. We are a lower volume, high-value practice that has experienced significant growth through our consistent reputation of unwavering dedication to each and every patient.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
