RESSCO is seeking to hire a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Operations department in Southfield, MI. RESSCO owns and manages thousands of units in multiple states in the Midwest. This position is ideal for someone looking to be involved in multi-million dollar real estate transactions. As the Data Entry Specialist, you will provide end user support, and act as a subject matter expert for the Yardi Explorer and Excel applications. In this position, you will work closely with employees from every department within the company. Needs to be professional, organized, reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working in a close knit organization.
Must be detail oriented, able to work as a team player, and able to prioritize and perform multiple projects and tasks. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to create business correspondence, reports spreadsheets and accurately proofread each prior to distribution.

Compensation: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 depending on experience

The Data Entry Specialist will provide high-quality administrative support for activities related to the leasing of residential multi-unit property and ensure that work is produced within established deadlines.
Assist with the billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed.
Seek ways to improve business operation efficiencies.
Special projects as assigned.
Input/analyze data quickly and efficiently with strong data entry skills.
Prepare monthly reports as directed by senior management.
Maintain a good working knowledge of assigned portfolio and their stakeholders.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supports and implements continual process improvements within the department.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required!
Strong organizational and follow up skills; ability to multi-task; and work under minimal supervision.
Strong problem solving skills.
Oral and written communication skills.
Residential or commercial property management experience preferred but not required.
Intermediate / advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications for email, networking, and business processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage routine responsibilities and multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate efficiently with employees at all levels of the organization.
