Full Job Description :-
Seeking a dynamic receptionist to perform receptionist and administrative support functions within a busy Roofing/Construction office.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

Answers telephones for Advanced Roofing/RE, greets and directs visitors.
Distributes all faxes that are received in a timely manner.
Manages all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. Logs and date stamps all incoming invoices on a daily basis and distributes to appropriate Branches and Departments.
Assists in Permitting, NOC’s, NTO’s.
Apply as needed COI’s.
Provide license verification and certificates of works comp insurance.
Maintains and updates conference room schedule.
Supports Advanced Roofing/ RE with correspondence, faxing, copying, special projects, running errands, and filing etc.
Archives all corporate files as directed.
Receives and distributes shirts to be embroidered with company logos and also maintains and orders field t-shirts for the various branches; to include delivery and pick up to/from the embroidery shop.
Maintains and purchases office supplies, postage, toiletries and break room supplies.
Responsible for maintaining a tidy/professional environment: front entry, lobby, conference room, kitchen, office supply room and copier room.
Works closely with co-workers to administrate and maintain company schedule of meetings. Supplies additional support to the set up/take down and organization of corporate and client meetings.
Responsible for unlocking doors every morning and locking all doors in the building at night.
Assists with planning employee appreciation events.
Other tasks as requested by supervisor.

Work Experience, Skills and other Requirements:

Top Organizational skills.
Sit for long periods of time in front of a computer.
Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word procession, managing files and records and other office procedures.
Intermediate computer skills and previous experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
General knowledge of office machinery i.e. fax, copier, scanner, etc.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Knowledge of structure and content on the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and other computer programs.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
