Full Job Description :-
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community Rental Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee, build and grow rental program.
Supervise – Two coworkers
Have expertise in rental software (RNS) and website functions
Inspect units,
Interact with prospective and contracted renters,
Interface with Owners,
Demonstrate financial acumen,
and be the leader of the Rental Program
Plus other work related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
Short-term rental experience strongly preferred.

Minimum of two-years in vacation rental property management
Understanding of accounting side of vacation rental programs
RNS Vacation Rental Software expereince is a plus
Listening skills: CAMs need to listen to the problems of a client and provide a solution to meet the requests of the client
Proactive: must proactively communicate with their client, team members, and superiors

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
