Full Job Description :-
The Ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining a standard of professionalism and a high degree of communications with staff.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Acknowledge and greet all visitors directing them to the appropriate staff member or meeting locationAnswer phones in a professional, promptConference Room scheduling and set-up/tear-down as needed.Food and office supply ordering ; restock and upkeep of employee kitchen areaHandle daily mail run; mailing and retrieval of in/outgoing correspondence; ship and receive FedEx packages and notify recipient via email of delivery.Assist with the facilities of the suite: updating floor plan, phone list, nameplates, etc. Send email communication to all staff of announcements from building management. Coordinate maintenance work with building management.Manage postage and copy machinesUpdate announcements on the staff intranet website and hallway TV monitorsGeneral clerical and other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Knowledge of computer software programs; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft VisoKnowledge of phone systemsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong focus on quality
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
