Position Summary:
Pure Lapeer/ Xplore is hiring for full-time and part-time Cannabis Budtender’s for our Lapeer, MI Location.
We are seeking individuals who have vision, passion, knowledge and cultivation in the Cannabis Industry. An outgoing Budtender to assist the management team with day to day operations and activities of the store. Must be willing to abide by all processes, policies and procedures of the organization.
Qualifications:
As a Budtender you will be responsible for a skillset of product knowledge, customer service, basic computer skills, and cash handling experience.
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales and great overall customer experience
Ensure items are properly organized and stocked
Promote a positive work environment, customer service oriented and follow policies and procedures
Maintain product knowledge of the industry
Greet customers when entering shop
Experience in cash handling
Entering and updating patient information accurately with point of sales system
Verify proper paperwork, documentation and identification
Positive attitude and strong work ethics
Understanding federal, state, and local laws and regulation

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 21+ years or older

Valid driver’s license
Must be willing to work weekends, days, night shifts
All employees are required to submit to a background check
