Hair Care Functional Fibers PR Researcher
The Airborne Project is an EXCITING program that spans FEI through qualification of the first Beauty Care production line of this technology. There are various product forms that are at different stages of invention and process development. Th is role is in the Airborne Functional Fibers FEI Products Research team and will involve making a direct impact on the Functional Fibers program.
Important Responsibilities
This role is part of the Airborne Product Research team having responsibilities that include:
Learn the critical tools and test methods for Functional Fibers Products Research including Hair Care lab hair methods, ePass , and other systems.
Collaborate with Functional Fibers Conditioner Team , owning the assess ment and communication of different product prototypes performance on the journey from invent to FEI graduate.
Partner with Products Research Senior Scientist in learning about functional botanicals and other Function Fibers future benefits.
Job Qualifications:
Technical Curiosity – Technical curiosity is a key in this role. When a consumer likes or does not like a product, when a product does not work, act, or look as intended/expected – wanting to know why and enrolling others on this is key. This is where a lot of learning happens that is critical to invention and problem solving.
Col l aboration – Demonstrated track record of working collaboratively with partners spanning multiple functions , levels, and sites. The ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
Agility – Must be able to manage multiple priorities. Ready and able to adapt to changing project needs, timings, and priorities. The Functional Fibers Process team is a fast-paced and dynamic environment .
Communication – Proficiency in both oral and written forms of communication. Can effectively communicate ideas, data-based conclusions, and recommendations with multi-functional partners and management.
Technical Mastery – The ability to quickly learn procedures and operation principles of complex process equipment is necessary. A strong track record of developing new skills and being viewed as an expert.
