 Educating the customers to use The Porter’s service following a prepared sales pitch to give information and value proposition of our service.
 Day shift support to assign logistic vehicles to desired clients given their request.
 Database entry and management
 Determine requirements by working with customers
 Resolves customer query / Complaints / problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
 Acting as a direct contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
 Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features
