Job Description
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Anchorage location.

Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers in person and via email or telephone
Conduct orientation for all new hire candidates and file/ upload documents
Serve as the mobile device location process owner, which involves managing mobile device inventory, enforcing company policies and expectations surrounding mobile devices, and troubleshooting mobile device issues
Process accounts payable for the location in a timely manner, ensuring correct and consistent general ledger coding as well as proper document retention in accordance with company policy
Conducts a weekly inventory of building supplies (office supplies, breakroom supplies, maintenance supplies) and communicates / purchases appropriately to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
Provide planning & execution support for company events, such as team meetings, retirement parties, and employee recognition opportunities
Run, analyze, and distribute reporting as needed. Update communication boards and TV.
Provide backup cashiering support which includes but is not limited to:
Process and reconcile route activity
Process checks through Bank of America Scanner
Count all currency using coin sorter and bill counter; lift up to 40lbs
Create deposit documentation for armored service pickup
Pull previous end of day cashiering paperwork and submit to AR as requested
Effectively use reconciliation logs as interim
Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience providing administrative support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of computer proficiency using business software (e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP, spreadsheet proficiency)
Excellent data entry and clerical skills, including 10-key and basic math skills.
Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary
Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create, and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
