Full Job Description :-
Job Summary:Ilitch Sports & Entertainment is looking for Production Artist who will assist designers and art directors in a variety of ways from formatting artwork, to collecting, processing, and organizing files, to helping with design solutions and more.
Responsibilities

Develop press-ready files based on supplied specifications.
Work collaboratively with the Creative, Digital and other internal teams to build print and digital files
Follow development timelines to ensure tasks are completed as required.
InDesign-create, edit, and apply master page, swatches, paragraph styles and character styles.
Handle Q/A process including proofreading edits and file management.
Photoshop-image retouching, color-correction, clipping paths, sharpening, brightening.
Export/optimize web banners and assets.
Illustrator-edit art boards, change color mode, create, and apply swatches.
Build icons, information graphics, charts, and logo artwork.
General understanding of design systems. Able to modify components, pattern library, color library, icon system.
PowerPoint-build and edit master pages.
Import and resize images.
Modify text sizes and spacing, change text color, create charts and diagrams.
File management-follow established processes for file naming, sharing, and archiving.
Export PDFs for print and client review.

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience as a production artist. Agency or in-house experience preferred.
You are team oriented with a high attention to detail.
Quick and proficient with a keyboard.
You love being a part of a process that brings great creative work to reality.
Experience with digital content for websites, social media, online advertising, and email campaigns.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as Sketch and Figma.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Formal training in graphic design or related field.
Strong attention to detail and a reverence for brand style guides.
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
Dedication to continuous development, learning and improvement.
