Full Job Description :-
Lead the warehouse or specific department in daily operational initiatives.
* Troubleshoot common recieving problems & escalate issues regarding hardware or software to engineering for repair.
* Monitor and ensure quality of all inbound packages within all departments and functions.
* Daily labor planning and scheduling
* Conduct performance evaluations of warehouse personnel and make recommendations for hiring, termination, discipline, or additional training.
* Work within different departments such as: Warehousing, Inbound, and Outbound to monitor productivity and remove supply chain obstacles
* Ensure Sales Orders (S.O.) are meeting out by times to prevent late packages. * Report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
* Create process improvements to eliminate any inefficiencies within the warehouse
* Ensure safety measures are executed and abided by from all personnel within the warehouse
* Verify inbound packages against Purchase Order (PO), and inspect packages of any damages incurred
* Track and plan staffing according to volumes within Inbound, Outbound, and Warehousing.
* Flex Fulfillment Associates to various job functions to meet daily unit volume goal. * Conduct and complete various tasked assigned.
* High School diploma or equivalent experience
* 3(+) years of warehouse or supply chain supervision experience
* Good communication skills
* Ability to solve a complex problems with approaches

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
