Vacation Rental Property Inspector
As one of our team members, you will work closely with the Housekeeping and Operations Departments to ensure our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Many guest are arriving, who for many is a once in a lifetime experience. Your work is their first impression of the unit. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about Maui and can share that Aloha spirit with our guests. It’s critical that you pay attention to the smallest details and can exactly follow our requirements.
Responsibilities:

Follow work orders as assigned for maintenance and/or inspection and effectively gather information about cleans and problems our properties.
A high degree of sound morals, we expect honesty in all work done – Strong and clear communication skills
Uphold high standards for our cleans and your inspections, be diligent in finding solutions to the problems you encounter.
Great work ethic, like Olympic Gold Medal worthy!
Multitasking skills and the ability to work in a busy team environment.
This is a Full-Time position with HMSA health coverage

Skills needed:

High School Diploma or higher
Inspecting and/or housekeeping experience
Knowledge of Maui resorts
Clean HI Driver’s Abstract
