Full Job Description :-
The Lobby Attendant role is one of Mint’s few, critical, customer facing roles…and our customers are our most important asset. In addition, the Lobby Attendant role is responsible for the look and feel of the entire indoor/outdoor lobby – Mint’s most important customer space. The Lobby Attendant role serves as:
#1: The customer’s second point of contact with Mint Eco Car Wash (Mint),
#2: Secondary salesperson for any customers who are in the indoor and/or outdoor lobby,
#3: Partner with Quality Control (QC) in notifying customers that their vehicles are ready,
#4: Responsible for the look and feel of the indoor lobby (and bathroom) and the outdoor lobby,
#5: Answering the phone and logging all calls
#6: Keeping the Detail Appointment Book & Notifying the Greeter and Detail Team of appointments,
#7: Addressing Customer Complaints#8: Eventually, in charge of the retail space & retail transactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
