As such, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist – Recruitment who demonstrates the following skills and brings the following experience:
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources with progressive responsibilities
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
Thorough knowledge of recruitment techniques and job posting boards
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot and analytically solve problems
Well organized and able to prioritize own workload and meet deadlines
Performs efficiently and well under tight deadlines
Communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
Effectively manages relationships with all levels of an organization
Possess exceptional customer service skills
Display a dependable, strong work ethic
Must be comfortable conducting training sessions for small to medium sized groups
Able to effectively work in a fast-paced, professional office environment
Job Snapshot: The Human Resources Generalist – Recruitment is primarily responsible for applying both business knowledge and human resources expertise in the areas of company recruitment. They will provide a wide range of HR support and advice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment and HR best practices while also facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and management.
Essential Duties:
Supports consistent adherence to the organization’s policies, procedures and practices
Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization’s compliance with federal, state and local legislation
Utilizes recruitment expertise to assist managers in creative methods of staffing hard to fill positions
Applies knowledge and utilizes available tools to ensure positions are accurately priced
Works directly with business units to assist with recruitment matters
Will also support all aspects of the talent management cycle from hire to retire including training, performance, development, retention and succession

Travel Requirements:
Occasional intra- and/or inter-state travel required, sometimes requiring an overnight stay
Other Requirements:

Salary Range: $60,000 -$70,000 DOE
