Microsoft CELA Gaming team (CELA Gaming) is looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the VP, Deputy General Counsel for the Gaming legal team, CELA Gaming Leadership Team (LT) and Business Manager.

This position requires initiative, good judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality, setting priorities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside the group, and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate change quickly within a fast-paced environment and can embrace a challenge head on with confidence, a calm sense of urgency, and a positive attitude.


Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Calendar Management of the Deputy General Counsel of CELA Gaming and multiple Assistant General Counsels (AGCs) with attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to each leader’s priorities and commitments.
Planning and coordinating domestic and international travel, including the proactive anticipation of all logistics and itineraries, as well as the reconciling and submission of expense reports.
Manage procurement for teams including purchasing equipment, services, and supplies, creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
Assist with establishing equipment ordering and supply guidelines, ensuring lowest cost/best quality options are chosen.
Distribution and security group ownership and management.
Collaborate on planning and support of DGC and each AGC’s team’s specific events, including morale events and other group meetings as needed.
Responsible for assisting in onboarding and offboarding office set up and clean out for incoming and outgoing employees and interns.
Maintain a level of leadership and professionalism that exemplifies Microsoft’s values through Respect, Integrity, and Accountability.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
