DESCRIPTION
Michael Baker International is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Titusville, FL location. The Project Coordinator will play a significant role in the operations of the team. You will provide direct support to Project Managers and the Project Controls team on various tasks, including document formatting and preparation, invoice review support, and other general office administrative project-related needs. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Provide overall support to the Titusville office
Assist in the preparation of monthly progress reports/invoices
Preparation and modification of Microsoft Project schedules based on information from the cost proposal and feedback from the Project Manager
Assist in procuring information and providing coordination support for project and subconsultant contracts
Assist in running and printing weekly reports from the firm’s Oracle system as needed for Project Managers and other key staff
Provide formatting assistance for MS Word, Excel, Project, and Adobe Acrobat
Coordinating project deliverables with project managers and other staff while adhering to project deadlines
Heavy formatting/word processing of documents including technical specifications, prior to release to the client and typically under strict deadlines
Assisting with small and large document production and/or coordinating outsourced vendor print orders
Providing basic invoicing support duties
Organize, file, and maintain document library
Assist as necessary with assembly of reports or marketing/proposal submittals
Compile and analyze basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials
Other special requests and duties as assigned

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

The Project Coordinator must be highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
Must have a positive team-first attitude, working toward the common goal of keeping our office a great place to work, and addressing items needed to make that happen
Must have the ability to work both independently, with limited supervision, and as part of a team
Must have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to professionally handle multiple interruptions throughout the day and manage multiple projects in a somewhat fast-paced environment
Highly organized with both electronic filing and hard copy documentation
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Michael Baker staff and external Clients and Agencies
Must have excellent communication skills for internal associates and external clients
Ability to multi-task and delegate requests for information to appropriate Michael Baker departments
Ability to write, communicate, and provide explanation clearly and effectively
Must have a GED or high school diploma and have a minimum of five (5) years of related work experience in a general office environment
Excellent English language skills, written and verbal, are essential to success in this role

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $22.71 – 44.16 / hour. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate
