Summary:
Provide customer service to all patients, families, physicians, employees, visitors at the entrance of the hospital. Answers and routes incoming calls.

Detailed responsibilities:

Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls.
Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance, directions and information.
Complies with privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers, patients, families and visitors.
