Job Title: Travel and Expense Associate

As part of the Global Business Services team, this role is responsible for the Travel Department corporate card program with tasks primarily focused on Procurement Cards including active review of past due balances, reconciliation of existing accounts, issuance and closure of corporate cards, and supporting cardholders. The position collaborates extensively with the Card Administration and Concur expense teams. This position will back up the Card Administrator for responsibilities of the corporate travel card program.
Support and maintain the Procurement Card program.
Provide ongoing cardholder support and maintain SLA for response time.
Maintain master accounts with financial institution, including opening and closing appropriately.
Analyze/Reconcile/Pay all centrally billed accounts timely and completely every month.
Models and consistently exhibits a high level of customer service and builds good business partner relationships.
Support efforts with Corporate Card banking partner on applications and new initiatives.
Supports efforts to ensure successful submission of statement reports by L3Harris employees and completion of statement reports.
Prepare and present monthly metrics to appropriate leadership.
Ensure closure of P-Card upon notification of termination and/or transfers.
Establish cardholder profiles and train new cardholders.
Support the review Process & Procedure guidelines and communicate all changes or updates in a timely manner.
Monitor timelines and ensure payment deadlines are adhered to in order to minimize risk of fees.
Provides backup assistance for Card Administration.
Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Previous experience with T&E responsibilities.
Large ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP) experience.
Microsoft Office suite of tools and Outlook skills required with strong knowledge with Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy is required.
Excellent communication skills and use good judgment.
Self-starter; willing to find solutions when set process is not readily available.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Excellent problem solving skills with ability to gather and analyze information and resolve difficulties quickly.
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $46,000 – $86,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
