Excellent opportunity to earn 2-3x more than the average Realtor. Kolter Homes is an established home builder seeking an experienced New Home Consultant for our community in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
New Home Consultants are responsible for (but not limited to) qualifying prospects, conducting presentations, working with new home buyers throughout/following the home buying process, building relationships with Brokers/Realtors in the community, processing required documents and reports accurately, and ensuring sales environment is maintained in excellent condition at all times. Our proven system will ensure your success when embraced and followed.
Requirements:

New Home Sales experience is preferred but not required
Qualified candidates must be enthusiastic, positive, organized, tenacious, detail-oriented, computer literate and have strong listening, communication, closing, negotiation skills, and work well with others in a productive office environment.
We are seeking driven, polished professionals.
Computer skills and proficiency with the Internet are a must.
