Full Job Description :-
The bag room attendant is responsible for multiple service areas including the bag room, bag drop, cart preparation/cleaning, and practice areas. Many times, the bag room attendant is first to come in contact with a guest upon arrival at the course. It is imperative the attendant provides a high level of customer service at all times.
Essential Responsibilities:

Managing cart cleanliness and service rotation
Attentive to all Guest’s requests
Following all opening and closing procedures
Inspection of carts upon return
Keeping work areas clean and neat at all times
Professional communication with all guest and employee’s
Assist Professionals with tournament set up and breakdown operations
