Full Job Description :-
Affinity Resources is looking for a Front Desk HR assistant to assist with general office duties and help candidates get onboarded.
Job Duties

Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Assist candidates with onboarding process such as W4 and I9 verification, collect ID’s

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:

Miami Lakes, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
