The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Responsibilities
The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 addresses provider needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating providers.
Role Responsibilities
Inbound calls from providers
Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it.
Complex benefit and claims questions
Escalates unresolved and pending provider issues.
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of Inbound/Outbound Call Center Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Proficiency with computer navigation with windows and the ability to move through multiple screens
Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (regardless of state that you reside) and flexibility is needed to complete calls in the que to fit the needs of the business and providers
In this role you are required to be online and if for any reason you are not able to access the Internet for longer than 2 hours you will be required to travel to the nearest Humana Market Office to complete your shift. For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. We are a healthcare company committed to putting health and safety first for our members, patients, associates, and the communities we serve. If progressed to offer, you will be required to: Provide proof of full vaccination or commit to testing protocols OR Provide proof of applicable exemption including any required supporting documentation Medical, religious, state and remote-only work exemptions are available.

Hours- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (regardless of state that you reside) Overtime as needs, hours subject to change based on business needs.

If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
Work At Home Requirements WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense. A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25×10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required. Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role. A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
