Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD, Tax Credit) is preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English
Manage day-to-day operations of our community
Work collaboratively and efficiently with the team (Management, Resident Services and Maintenance)
Ability to lead the team, organize and prioritize work
Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others
Strong commitment to supporting our community and residents
Ability to manage and problem resolve resident concerns
The position requires in-person interactions with co-workers and customers. For everyone’s safety, vaccination against COVID-19 is required as a condition of employment. The company will make reasonable accommodations when appropriate.
