Full Job Description :-
Private Palm Beach, FL client is actively seeking a full-time Personal Assistant. You will support projects and activities critical to the success of running the day to day schedule of a very busy Senior Executive and his family . This professional is business and computer literate and can support management of the personal home(s), including identification of vendors and resources, maintaining appointments, schedule coordination and management, and handling of other administrative tasks on behalf of the Executive and family.
Job Description/Responsibilities:

Anticipate the needs of the Executive
Handling sensitive and confidential information
Maintain filing system, including confidential documents and contracts
Schedule and arrange meetings, appointments, conference calls and social events
Organize, plan, and oversee meeting coordination
Organize, coordinate and maintain executive and family calendars
Arrange and book travel itineraries and submit required expense reports, according to corporate guidelines
Maintaining all household calendars and providing prior notification to the family of the scheduling of events and maintenance/repair activities
Answer phone, screen calls, and take messages / forward as appropriate
Respond to general inquiries and provides information as needed
Ordering meals from caterers and restaurants
Maintain corporate calendar via Outlook and coordinate with the Administrative team
Compose, edit and proofread correspondence
Other duties as assigned
Assist with the dog when needed

Excellent presence and superior written and oral communication skills
Availability after business hours and ability to come in early and stay late depending upon business need

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
5+ years as a Personal Assistant

Compensation:
$100,000 – $115,000 with excellent health benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
