Real Estate Scholarship Program – Lancaster, PA
We are looking for self-driven candidates for our real estate scholarship program in our Lancaster, PA office.
If selected for the program, Homeway Real Estate will give you all the tools required FREE to not only get through real estate school but also help you PASS YOUR REAL ESTATE EXAM! If real estate is what you always dreamed of, then this may be the right fit for you!
Compensation:
$70,000 – $140,000
Responsibilities:

Team-based atmosphere
Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
Call with broker weekly to provide feedback
Trainings in person available both live and pre-recorded

Qualifications:

Commitment to completing the online course and scheduling exam within 90 days
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation
Disciplined
Team player
