Company Description
HGreg West Palm Beach is a Canadian based company which is growing at a fast pace in Florida and Nation wide. We are looking for an experienced Lot Manager who will play a key role on our team. You will be responsible for implementing HGreg standards of excellence, leading our lot staff to ensure inventory is organized and all duties are performed in timely fashion.
Job Description

Coordinate and schedule lot staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
Ensure that display vehicles in showroom and outside as well as used cars are cleaned frequently and organized
Keep the lot organized including any vehicle to be transported
Be responsible for ensuring price stickers on all new and used vehicles are put in the vehicle on the day they arrive
Keep the lot clean of any garbage and debris
Test batteries of vehicles on a weekly basis
Ensure vehicles are locked and secure at the end of the day
Possess a valid driver’s license

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:

Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented person
Ability to work outdoors and be on feet for extended periods of time
Excellent communication skills
Previous Management Experience
Team oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Desire to learn and continuously improve
