GP Strategies Corporation has a need for a Training/Learning Development Team Lead. This role is 100% remote but the person would need to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. This is a full-time, benefitted position and this person will have up to 11 direct reports.
SUMMARY: The Training/Learning Development Team Lead serves as a single point of client contact. The Team Lead ensures customer satisfaction by delivering value and managing customer expectations and is responsible for customer relationships including achievement of all deliverables. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Overall responsibility for the daily management and performance of GP Strategies learning & administrative team, external vendors, external instructors and all other services managed by GP Strategies.
Consults with clients to help identify operational and strategic training support.
Manages the day-to-day operations including management of Service Level Agreements.
Responsible for overall financial account management including cost saving initiatives.
Responsible to maintain quality compliancy in partnership with GP Strategies account team.
Develop and nurture client relationships; maintain positive working relationships to understand customer’s goals, objectives and direction.
Support and manage all GP direct reports including administration (timesheets, expense reports, HR requests, etc.), overall mentoring, coaching, and ongoing performance and development support.
Liaison between client and GP team related to process changes, policy changes, customer service issues, personnel changes; and assist in issue resolution
Display a complete understanding of and ability to articulate GP’s service offerings
Solid understanding of a learning/training background is required; team leadership, client facilitation, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Solid MS Suite Skills
Prior management experience a plus but not required
Ability to work PST hours
