Job Summary: Responsible for the location and development of unsubsidized employment for dislocated workers enrolled in the Pasco-Hernando CareerSource programs. Additionally responsible ensuring and tracking retention and providing support to ensure continued attachment to the workforce. Monitors progress of all assigned participants, resolving difficulties as they relate to site management and providing necessary feedback to the participant’s Retention/Outreach Specialist.
Qualifications: Associate of Arts/Science degree in the area of business is preferred, but a combination of experience in customer service and/or sales may be substituted for the degree. Two years of customer services and/or sales experience. Subject to alcohol and drug testing and criminal history background checks.
