Full Job Description :-
Title: Summer Season Property Monitor
Duty Hours: Weds-Mon, 11am-4pm, 30 hours weekly, June 1 – September 5, 2022, contract assignment, 1099 basis
Objective: Enforce Forest Ridge Village rules and regulations regarding property assets and amenities
Principal Duties:

Communicate and enforce guest behavior in the pool area, including but not limited to prohibition of glass containers, smoking, food, noise restrictions (e.g., music, mayhem), maximum pool capacity, unfair subjugation of poolside chaises, chairs, and tables
Intervene directly with non-compliant guests and explain the rules for pool usage
Escalate matters that have not been corrected either to AIM office or Fernandina Beach Police
See and be seen in your capacity as the community agent for compliance to rules
Monitor and enforce FRV parking rules and regulations
Ensure parked vehicles have decals or tags appropriate for residents or unit vacation renters
Sticker suspect vehicles with notice of infraction and direction to immediately obtain necessary tag, keep log of vehicles and plate numbers
Have vehicles that do not comply with instructions towed away by FRV towing contractor

Secondary Duties:

Make and maintain written record of hours on duty, issues managed, and general activities while on duty
Walk the FRV property at least 3x daily to observe issues needing board attention and any guest behaviors requiring intervention (e.g., pet lease and pick-up rules, parking, towels on railings, et al.)
Keep office and office atrium clean, orderly, and free from obstacles
Other duties as may be requested e.g., web research, copying, emails, and similar general office tasks

Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to engage and positively intervene where necessary
Good judgment regarding the importance and intercession of infractions
Timely, friendly but firm, looking to deliver an excellent experience for FRV residents and visitors
Good verbal and written communication abilities

Hours and schedule are subject to change based on community guest traffic
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:

Fernandina Beach, FL 32034: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
