The Security Operations Manager will be located at our Global Response Center in Jacksonville, FL. He or she will report directly to our Vice President of Global Operations and will be an integral member of the operations team with the following responsibilities and requirements:
Job Responsibilities:

Manage and integrate with a diverse team of subject matter experts in support of clients and partners
Provide situational awareness and ground truth advice to clients
Assist in developing and delivering risk and organizational resilience programs to clients
Be the subject matter expert on our Virtual Security Operations Center (VSOC) capability
Manage air, ground and sea resources and alliances
Consult, conduct and deliver assessments and specialty reports to clients
Serve as a member of the Incident Management Team providing critical incident response assistance to clients globally to protect their people, brand and assets
Identify and address opportunities to build and improve upon operating processes and procedures
Support business development efforts with subject matter expertise
Conduct or assist in client onboarding

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations and contingency planning and/or related experience gained through military and/or commercial service
Effective leadership, supervisory, and project management skills
Well-developed critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills
International travel and operational experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; foreign languages a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools
Bachelor’s Degree desired

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
