Full Job Description :-
Labor is a significant cost for a company and it is important to keep the systems that track headcount and labor cost in alignment. You will integrate data from varying sources to allow decisions to be made around labor for the Facilities and Operating Services (FOS) and Worldwide Safety, Health, Engineering and Sourcing (WSHES) organizations at WDW and DLR. You will forecast Professional Intern hiring needs based on historical trends of conversions and open positions in organizations. You will support the HR systems of record for positions such as SAP, Kenexa and in the future Workday. You would build and rebuild headcount tracking models to allow advanced analysis of labor. Scheduling is also a factor in labor costs, so you will be the point of contact and lead scheduling resource for the Craft Maintenance Council Union Cast.

Responsibilities :

Track professional intern hiring for FOS and WSHES at WDW and DLR resorts
Analyze Intern staffing historical data and trends
Integrate data and present to leadership
Track and report our on changing headcount and staffing needs
In tandem with Finance, forecast labor spend for Salaried, O&T and Union Cast
Build tracking models to support future HRIS and Scheduling systems like Workday, SAP, GEMS and Blue Yonder

Basic Qualifications :

Experience with or knowledge of Workforce Planning and Analytics
Experience with or knowledge of Scheduling Systems
Experience with systems integrations
Advanced skills in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Access, Business Objects or other advanced technology systems
Experience with Workday, or HRIS Systems
Experience with or knowledge of GEMS /Blue Yonder or similar scheduling systems

Required Education :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
