Full Job Description :-
Codebreaker Technologies LLC is seeking a part-time bookkeeper. An ideal candidate would be someone who works 3 partial days a week and approximately 20 hours a week in total. We can be flexible on the number of hours and weekly schedule, but we would like for this to be a long-term relationship with us. This is a remote position. Starting pay is $25 per hour. Responsibilities

This person will work with the executive team overseeing account transactions, QuickBooks entries, bill payments, receivables/collections, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Updating daily/monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks
Assist in cash flow planning and analysis
Collections and bill payment functions
Assist in payroll (we use a third party)
Approximately 20 hours a week minimum time commitment
Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information
Reconcile company’s financial records to help ensure accuracy of financial statements
Post financial transactions to accounts and prepare financial statements
Study financial trends to determine future business needs

Desired Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient in QuickBooks Online Advanced
Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Self-starter
Accounting or bookkeeping experience
