Office Assistant
As an administrative assistant your job will entail;

Answering incoming calls, making calls to leads, clients, fellow workmates, subcontractors, and vendors.
Making clients profile
Following up and sending reminders to clients, fellow workmates, and subcontractors.
Scheduling estimators, project managers, jobs, subcontractors, and Isaac.
Checking off boxes before job starts.
Compiling Information / Data Entry / Organizing Information
Creating systems and procedures.
Communicating with clients via email, text, and call.
Using Critical thinking skills to solve problems.
Other creative tasks relating to business development and marketing.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
