Customer Service Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

You are a resource intended to provide the customer and the field with information and support related to open jobs, processes, and services. The purpose of the department is to help ensure response and repair KPIs/SLAs are met and to provide a centralized resource to answer questions, troubleshoot problems and facilitate solutions to known problems within the company guidelines.

PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
:

Log jobs, assign resources, answer any follow up inquiries, ensure ETAs meet the response times, serve as a means to assist with reducing Vendor spend, and assist to ensure jobs are completed timely.
Maintain basic system configuration, enhancements and report trending analysis for improvement needs.

We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and offer a variety of shifts. Newly hired team members can expect to be offered a schedule anywhere between 7am and 11pm, overnight schedules are also available per business need. Rotating weekend shifts required.

$16.81/Hour
Shift premiums for working overnight
Opportunities to build leadership experience
Previous maintenance experience is not required
Extensive 3-week training provided

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Outstanding analytical skills.
Ability to manage high call volume.
Capacity to work independently on a team.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to liaison with field associates and vendors in order to prioritize calls.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous Customer Service Experience.
Knowledge of or experience in retail/customer service.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite & Word.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Type 35 WPM.
