As a member of the Blueprint Title team, you will help us lead the charge in proving that the real estate closing industry is ready for novel technology, lower pricing, and better service.

As a Title Examiner, you will:

Participate in the title process, including but not limited to review of search packages, initial commitment preparation, and assisting with any open title issues for transactions in multiple states. You will also partner with the Title team on projects and new tasks from time to time.

What you may work on:

Review search packages and prepare title commitments for the Title Officer to finalize Complete assigned responsibilities in line with company policies Consistently notate your files in the closing platform with updated status Manage a pipeline of assigned files via reporting analytics and assigned tasking Ensuring both client-facing and internal systems have accurate and updated information on all files you are managing

What we are looking for in you:

You have 1+ years of experience as a title examiner, preferably working transactions in the state of Texas You take ownership of your assigned tasks You like leveraging technology to do your job more efficiently You are a flexible team member and can jump in to help other team members with instruction You are extremely detail-oriented and have a track record of being thorough in your approach to files You have fun at work and are excited to join a fast-growing startup that operates at the intersection of real estate, law, and insurance
