We are hiring thanks to our amazing staff! Big Bang Fireworks is a 5-star rated fireworks retailer looking for a Regional Manager with Visionary Leadership, Strategy & Development, Negotiation, Conflict Management, Team-building & Interpersonal Skills who wants to earn 10,000 up to 30,000 a month!
Big Bang Fireworks has been one of the largest retailers of consumer Fireworks in the state of Florida for 18 years. We are direct importers and carry the best quality fireworks in the industry. Our brand is well known throughout the state and our customers recognize our company as one of the premier outlets for fireworks.

Your responsibilities:

Addressing any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local laws
Helping develop sales strategies and setting corporate sales targets
Creating profits and loss reports for Senior Managers
Supporting Store Managers and acting as a resource
Immediately addressing any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local/national laws
Monitoring the performance of teams and motivating them to reach targets
Keeping up to date with competitors

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $30,000.00 per month
Schedule:

12 hour shift
Holidays
Overtime
Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

Commission pay
