Full Job Description :-
Position Summary:
This position provides administrative support to the VP of Product Leadership and other members of the R&D leadership team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of simultaneous support of multiple team members within a fast-paced company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare and edit team documents such as memos, procedures, and reports.
· Assist the team with contract and document approval process.
· Track R&D budget line items with timelines.
· Work within the team and with partners through profession emails and phone correspondence.
· Maintain team calendars – travel arrangements, meeting arrangements
· Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to copying, faxing, mailing, filing, expense reports, and retrieving documents, records and reports.
· Assist with office-based duties such as first point of contact for visitors, teammates, clients, incoming calls and electronic correspondence and respond independently when appropriate.
Additional Responsibilities:

Support staff in assigned project-based work, including special projects as assigned by manager.
Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages.
Cover front desk as needed

Required Education and Experience:

HS Diploma required.
5+ years progressive administrative experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

A. or B.S. Degree preferred.
Project management skills are a plus.
Previous experience working in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology company strongly preferred.
Certified notary

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:

Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
Advanced computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs required.
Superior organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple deadlines.
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
Ability to interact effectively with internal management and various levels of external parties.
Ability to work well either independently or as part of a team.

Work Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment with flexibility for some work from home.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.

This position is required to work occasional nights and weekends to meet company demands
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
