JOB SCOPE/ SUMMARYThis position is responsible for creating quality brush heads in accordance with standard efficiency and safety procedures.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1. Creating quality brush heads by proper placement of filament in ferrule, combing the brush, and utilizing brush making tools as required.2. Inspecting brush heads for quality.3. Gathering materials, including but not limited to, ferrules, plugs, inserts, labels, pull down, and pull-down magnet to create the brush heads.4. Performing other job-related duties as assigned Adhere to attendance policy.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE/ EDUCATIONMinimum High School Diploma or equivalentKNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES

At least 5 years of experience with brush making with fine hand manipulation
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
