Global Fraud Operations is seeking a Hiring & Support Leader that will help recruit diverse talent and foster a culture of belonging while partnering with the Leadership Team and Global Talent Acquisition on various hiring initiatives and other related tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting interviews and extending candidate offers
Streamlining the interview and hiring processes including conducting interviews, collaborating with leaders, and supporting new colleague onboarding
Ensuring compliance guidelines are met for all hiring
Managing Phoenix Support Team which includes Analysts and Lead Specialists
Overseeing scorecard creation and tracking for key department metrics
Managing all US Fraud ID and PHX Fraud ROP requests
Qualifications:
2 or more years of Team Leader experience
Strong attention to detail, exceptional follow-up, and a commitment to accuracy
Demonstrated ability to build/leverage relationships across all employee levels
Ability to prioritize effectively, influence without direct authority, and demonstrate sound judgement in decision making
Proven ability to drive innovation and change through strategic thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred
