INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is a fast-paced opportunity for highly social people. As a CSR you are the first voice our customers hear and represent a strong and engaging team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to;
Convert Inbound calls into booked service/maintenance calls for dispatch and service expert team while mentioning and potentially booking additional sales and services.
Collect detailed information of the service request, taking detailed notes for dispatch department and service experts’ reference.
Inbound CSR duties focus on renewing and maintaining recurring service programs for current members and selling the membership program to previous customers.
Making outbound “Happy Calls” after residential service is rendered that day.
Handling service calls from customers, projecting a professional, friendly image, and using the company prepared script.
Utilize prior customer service training to educate and establish rapport and assist customers in choosing services and products.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communication with customers through various channels, as needed.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Work closely with Dispatch while scheduling.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Depending on Experience: Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
+1 Years CSR Experience
Comfortable using computers
Fast, stable, reliable Internet connection
Ability to stay calm and professional when customers are stressed or upset.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Must be able to conduct roughly 40-60 calls a day. The more calls booked, the fewer outbound required.
Must be comfortable with selling over the phone.
Must have strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common.
Must be able to utilize traditional office phone, cell phone, text, email and internet at a high level of expertise.
Must be motivated to work independently as well as in a team.
Must be able to multi-task at a high level.
Bilingual a Plus!
Semi-Flexible Hours (7-3PM, 8-4PM, 9-5PM)
